Team and account

Checked against the app on .

Settings, at the bottom of the sidebar, has three tabs: Billing, Integrations and Team. Integrations is covered on the publishing page. Your own profile sits behind your avatar, and the app language behind the globe icon next to it.

Inviting colleagues

Settings, then Team. Enter a colleague’s email address and choose a role:

  • Admin can manage members and billing.
  • Member can do everything else: request, review, approve and publish articles.

The colleague receives an invitation email. If they already have a cpywrk login they accept and your account appears in their list; if not, the link takes them through sign-up and straight into your account. Pending invitations can be withdrawn, and members can be removed from the same page.

Anyone in the account can use the platforms connected under Integrations; a connection belongs to the account, not to the person who set it up.

Your plan and articles

Settings, then Billing, shows your current plan and how many articles you have used this month. A new account starts with one free article that does not expire.

An article counts against your allowance when you approve its plan, the first of the three reviews. Requesting an article does not use one, so you can ask for a plan, look at it, and decline it at no cost.

When the allowance is used up, the next approval shows “No articles remaining” with three ways forward: pay for that one article on its own (on Starter and Growth), look at the plans, or wait for the next billing month.

The plans on the page are Starter, Growth and Managed. Starter and Growth are taken out directly with a card; the Managed plan starts with a conversation, so its button is “Talk to us about Managed” and opens a short form. Choosing Annual shows the reduced monthly rate. “Manage billing” opens your billing page for invoices, payment method, plan changes and cancelling.

Your profile

Click your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar, then Account, to change your name, email address or password, see the social logins linked to you, switch on extra sign-in security where offered, or sign out.

App language

The globe icon switches the app between English, Dutch and Czech. This changes the app’s own text only; the language of your articles is set per business and per article.

Emails you receive

cpywrk emails you when something needs you or has finished: a plan ready to approve, a draft ready to review, an article ready for its publishing check, an article completed, and any failure. Whoever requested the article receives these; account admins also receive the review emails. These emails are part of how the reviews work and cannot be switched off in the app.

More than one account

If you belong to several cpywrk accounts, for example your own and one you were invited into, a switcher appears at the bottom of the sidebar.
