Social posts from an article
Checked against the app on .
cpywrk writes ready-to-paste posts for LinkedIn, X and Instagram from any article or text, in your brand voice. It does not post to the networks for you: you copy each post and paste it where you want it, adding your own link.
From a finished article
Open a completed article. Below “Publish this article” there is a section “Promote this content”. Tick the platforms you want and click “Generate drafts”. The posts use the article itself, its brief and your brand profile, so there is nothing to paste. They appear on the article’s page and stay there.
From any other text
Click “Social” in the sidebar. Give it the content in one of three ways:
- Paste text: paste up to 20,000 characters.
- Upload file: a PDF or a Word document.
- URL: the address of a page you have already published; cpywrk reads the article text from it. Pages that need a login or block automated reading cannot be used, and the page tells you if that happens.
Then choose the platforms, optionally add a line of guidance under “Context for the AI” such as “focus on the cost angle”, and click “Generate drafts”. In an account with several businesses you also pick whose brand voice to use, or “No brand profile (generic)”.
What you get
One card per platform with the post text and a character count against that platform’s limit (3,000 for LinkedIn, 280 for X, 2,200 for Instagram); the count turns amber near the limit and red over it. Hashtags are included where the platform expects them. Each card has:
- Copy: puts the post on your clipboard.
- Regenerate: writes a new version of that one post; the others stay as they are.
The text on the card cannot be edited in place. Copy it and adjust it in your own tool, or regenerate. Posts are written in the language of the text you gave.
Generation usually takes under a minute. If it takes more than two minutes the page says so and you can try again.
Past posts
Under the form, “Past Promotions” lists everything you generated from the Social page with the date, the source, the platforms and the number of posts. Click a row to reopen it, or use the bin icon to delete it. Posts generated from an article’s page are kept on that article, not in this list.
Social posts do not use up an article from your plan.
