You do not want
another tool to run.
Some people want to be in the drafts. Some people want the articles to appear, sound right, and show up in search. If you are the second kind, we run the whole thing and tell you what it did.
A conversation first, not a checkout. We need to understand the business before we can write for it.
This is the right door if
-
You have decided content matters and you have no intention of running it.
-
Nobody in the business has the hours, and hiring for it is not the plan.
-
You want to see what the content did, not how it was made.
And if none of that sounds like you, buy the product instead. If you want to approve every outline and read every draft before it goes out, the self-serve plans do exactly that and cost a great deal less. See how it works.
What you get
The same articles. We just do the work.
This is not a different product with a higher price on it. It is the same research, the same writing, the same six quality checks, and the same publishing that everyone else on this site buys. The difference is who sits at the keyboard.
We choose the topics
Keyword research against what your buyers actually search, not a list you have to review and rank.
We write and check
Every article goes through the same six checks: SEO, GEO, brand voice, brief compliance, AI patterns, and learnings.
We publish it
Straight to your WordPress or Shopify site. The LinkedIn, X and Instagram versions come with it.
We report on it
A report every month and a call to go through it. What went out, what it ranked for, and what it is doing. Part of this offer, not an upsell.
How it starts
One conversation, then you are mostly done
-
We ask about the business
What you sell, who buys it, what they ask before they buy, and what you never want said in your name. We also agree here what success looks like, in writing. This is the longest part, and it happens once.
-
You sign off a brand brief
We write down how you sound, what you claim, and what is off limits. You read it and correct it. Everything published afterwards is held against that document.
-
We connect your site and analytics
Publishing access so articles go live without you, and read access to your analytics so the reporting is real rather than a guess.
-
It runs
Articles go out on a schedule. You get a report. If something is wrong, you say so and we fix it.
Worth being clear about
We approve on your behalf
On the self-serve plans, nothing publishes until the customer clicks approve. That is the whole point of them. This tier is different, and you should know it before you buy: once the brand brief is signed, we sign off the outlines and the drafts, and articles go live without landing in your inbox first.
That is the thing you are actually paying for. It is also the thing that would make this a bad idea if you were not comfortable with it, so here is what holds it in place.
-
The brand brief is the contract. You wrote it and you can change it whenever you like. Nothing gets published that contradicts it.
-
If an article is wrong, we rewrite it. One message, and no debate about whether you are right. If you would rather it just came down, it comes down.
-
You can ask for the gate back. If you would rather see outlines before they are written, we will send them. Most people stop asking after a month, and that is fine either way.
What you can expect
How it actually runs, month to month
Handing over publishing is a real thing to ask, so here is the operating side of it rather than only the sales side.
A person, not a queue
One address, customer.success@cpywrk.com, and it reaches someone who knows your account. Danish business days, Monday to Friday. We are not a 24/7 operation and will not pretend to be one.
A written report and a call, monthly
What went out, what it did, and what we intend to do next month. The call is for the part that does not survive being written down.
Corrections without an argument
One message and we rewrite it. If you would rather it came down, it comes down first and we discuss it afterwards. You never have to win a debate, produce a reason, or wait for a review cycle to get something changed or removed.
Escalation is short
If the normal route is not working, the founder is the next step and the last one. There is no tier two to be transferred to.
What we need from you
Three things, and the service degrades without them rather than failing loudly, which is why they are worth stating up front.
-
A brand brief you keep current. If a price, a claim or a certification changes and the brief does not, we will publish the old one accurately.
-
Publishing and analytics access. Publishing so articles go live without you; analytics read access so the monthly report is measured rather than asserted.
-
One person who can answer a question. Rarely, and usually about your own business rather than about content. Naming a backup is worth doing at intake.
Founding customers
Three months free. Then you decide, on numbers we agreed first.
We are taking on a small number of founding customers, and the terms are the same for all of them. We run the whole thing for three months at no cost. Before we start we analyse where your visibility stands today, and the targets come out of that analysis rather than out of a template. You keep the analysis whatever you decide afterwards, and we agree the numbers in writing before any work begins.
At the end of the three months, if we hit those numbers, it converts to a twelve month term billed monthly. If we do not, you walk away, you have paid nothing, and every article we published stays yours. We measure in your own Search Console and Analytics, so you can check the numbers rather than take ours.
Why we set the targets with you rather than publishing them. What good looks like for a webshop with fast-moving stock is not what it looks like for a consultancy with a six month sales cycle. A number we picked in advance would be a number picked for someone else.
What it costs
€799/mo on a twelve month term, billed monthly.
We run it, at a volume we agree with you and hold to under fair use. It says "from" because what an account needs varies, and we would rather tell you the number after we understand the business than guess at it here.
Tell us about the business
We will tell you honestly whether this is worth doing for you, and whether the self-serve product would serve you better.
